These terms govern your use of the Cutti app. By using it, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Cutti is a service of KADRA VENTURES F.Z.E. Office C1-1F-SF10111, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. License no. 57586. Contact: hello@cutti.ai.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Cutti and must be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country. You're responsible for what happens with your account.
3. Your content
The clips you upload and the videos Cutti creates for you are yours. You only give us permission to process and store them in order to provide the service.
Only upload content you have the rights to. If you use other people's music, images or videos, including the inspiration video, you're responsible for having permission to use and publish them.
4. What's not allowed
- Uploading content that is illegal, violent, harasses others or infringes third-party rights.
- Using Cutti to create misleading content about real people without their permission.
- Trying to copy, reverse engineer or overload the app, or getting around the limits of the free trial or credits.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Free trial, subscription and credits
- The free trial lets you make one edit and watch it in the app. It's one per device and doesn't include downloads.
- Subscriptions are bought and paid for through Apple or Google and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, from your store settings.
- Each plan includes credits that renew every month. Unused plan credits don't roll over to the next month. Extra credits you buy separately don't expire while you have an account.
- Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Refunds depend on Apple's and Google's policies.
6. AI results
Cutti uses artificial intelligence to edit. We do our best to make the result great, but it may not be exactly what you expected. Always review your video before posting it.
7. Our app
The app, its design, the Cutti brand and its technology belong to us. You may use them only within the app, for your personal use or your business.
8. Liability
We provide Cutti as is, without guaranteeing it will always work without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages or for how you use your videos. None of this limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
9. Leaving Cutti
You can delete your account anytime from the app or by following these instructions. Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription: cancel it in your store as well.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, if the change is significant, let you know in the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
12. App Store
If you download Cutti from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard license agreement also applies.
